Kebba Ndure is seriously ill. He has severe pulmonary disease of extensive pulmonary fibrosis, traction bronchiectasis and upper lobe cystic changes. He has also dveloped severe heart failure, due to the pulmonary disease and liver congestion due to the heart failure. He desperately needs a lung transplant. He is a husband and father of a 2 year old child and is not even 30 yet. The majority of his married life he has been sick. His family cannot afford to pay for the transplant so we really need your help. Please help.
